Listing Details

- I do my best to provide accurate and detailed descriptions for each listing. Colors can vary based on computer screen settings and I do my best to present objects accurately. If there is something you would like to know more about, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Caring for Items

- For jewelry, here are a few tips to keep your charms from tarnishing: do not wear in the shower or while swimming, and avoid storing jewelry in the bathroom. Lotions, perfumes, oils, contact with skin, and a humid atmosphere can contribute to tarnishing. The best way to store your jewelry is inside a small pouch.

Shipping/Processing Times

- Items listed in the shop are ready to ship at the time of purchase unless otherwise noted. I typically take 1-2 business days to package and I ship Monday - Friday via USPS. A tracking number is included with all orders and will be provided immediately after the post office receives your package.

- Before completing your order, please double-check that your SHIP TO address is correct to avoid delays or lost packages! Packages that are lost due to an incorrect shipping address will not be replaced or refunded.

- Whenever possible, I ship in reused boxes. I find this to be a more sustainable option and helps cut down on shipping costs!

- If you need something by a specific date please feel free to contact me to see what's possible!

- International shipping is not offered as a standard, but if you are interested special arrangements can be made.

Exchange Policy

- My goal is for every customer to be happy and satisfied with their purchase. If for some reason there is any question or issue I’ll do my best to find an appropriate solution. If return shipping is ever required, it is the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned unused, in the same condition they were delivered in.

- I gladly accept exchanges. Returns or cancellations are not possible at this time.

To process an exchange:

- Contact via email within 3 days of delivery. You will receive a response with instructions on where to send your package. Items shipped back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted and a credit will not be issued.

- Ship items back within 7 days of delivery (keep a receipt as proof in case of any issues). Return packages lost in transit without proof will not be refunded.

- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, unless damage is noted upon receiving order, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Orders placed after 11/09 will ship on 11/28! Order by 12/17 for delivery by Christmas.
